Redress Policy for Physical Media (CDs) and Digital Downloads (MP3s)

At Night is Alive, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible. We understand that issues may occasionally arise with physical media (CDs) and digital downloads (MP3s). This Redress Policy outlines our commitment to resolving any such concerns promptly and fairly and pertains to all regions where sales of our products are permitted through our site (nightisalive.com).  

Returns and Refunds for Physical Media (CDs):

1.1. If you receive a physically damaged or defective CD, please notify us within 7 days (1 Week) days of receiving the product.

1.2. We will offer a replacement CD for the damaged or defective one, provided that the product is returned to us in its original condition and packaging within 7 days (1 week) of original delivery.

1.3. In the event that a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the CD, including any shipping costs.

1.4. Please note that we do not accept returns for CDs due to changes in the buyer’s personal preferences or taste.

Replacements for Digital Downloads (MP3s):

2.1. In the event of an incomplete or corrupted download, please contact our customer support within [number of days] days of purchase.

2.2. Our customer support team will verify the issue and attempt to resolve it. If the problem persists, we will provide an alternative download link or a new access code for the purchased content.

2.3. Refunds for digital downloads will only be considered under exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues beyond our control that prevent access to the purchased content. Such requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4.2. Unauthorized distribution or reproduction of digital downloads (MP3s) is strictly prohibited, and any issues arising from such activities will not be covered under this policy.

Fair Usage:

5.1. We reserve the right to refuse returns, replacements, or refunds in cases where we suspect abuse of this redress policy or fraudulent activities.
