I’m riding my bikes quite a bit, my fixie and mountain bike.

Hmmm, that’s a great question. My wife has been using an Instant Pot lately and we’ve been using recipes that work well with it.
- For what in your life do you feel most grateful?
My health, mobility, family, and friends!
- Given the choice of anyone in the world, who would you want as a dinner guest?
I’d like to have dinner with someone from the future,perhaps 100 years in the future, and hopefully gain some perspective on what we (the human race) can do to save ourselves as a species.
